Depending on the size and type of items you order, your products may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split into more than one shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. For full details, please visit our Refund & Returns Policy or email us at contact@gymaxsports.com to start a return.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email us at contact@gymaxsports.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your item was damaged during shipping or arrived defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gymaxsports.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage—we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
Once your return is authorized, our team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions via email. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.
